Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sivalka ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sivalka is a tracker for recurring things — bills, chores and routines. Each repeating task is shown as a "battery" that fills toward its deadline. The App sends local reminders, computes stats and streaks, and offers widgets.

3. Subscription & Payments

Sivalka is free for up to 4 tasks. Sivalka Pro removes that limit and is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription ($0.99/mo), managed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
  • The subscription auto-renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings

4. Your Content

The tasks you create belong to you and are stored on your device. We claim no ownership over them and do not access them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to circumvent free-tier limits or subscription requirements

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sivalka is an aid and does not replace your own attention to important payments or deadlines. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sivalka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed payments or deadlines — resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may update or discontinue features in accordance with these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
